We use this Veterinary clinic for our two middle aged rescue cats. This is the best Veterinary service I have ever come across. The cats were extremely obese before going into Cat Protection. They've lost weight now and have quite good health but not perfect. I trust the Vets at this Group. They are kind and professional. The nurses and reception staff are excellent too.

Recently my dog has been diagnosed with a heart condition that devastated me and my husband he is so precious but Jess his cardiologist is amazing she goes about and beyond to give my boy the best treatment we are so very grateful she's amazing and all the nurses and receptionist so friendly highly recommend ❤️

I changed bets to get some different worm treatments. I was never told the initial app was a charge! They claim it’s a “ health check “ for £56 and the vet didn’t even touch my dog! Absolutely disgusting and I won’t be paying for a service I never received!!! He literally said hello to my dog then tried to bill me …. Vets are as bad as dentists, absolutely con artists. The receptionist couldn’t care less either when I explained that I was never told it was a health check especially at a charge. I won’t be going back… the place was unclean too

Everyone at this vet is absolutely lovely and they couldn't be more helpful. In the last few years our twenty-something-year-old cat Bean has been back and forth for multiple visits. The staff on reception have always been accommodating and friendly, but I'd like to give a special shout-out to Matko. Matko has always been a very friendly and empathetic member of staff. When visiting, he always made us feel at ease, even at more difficult times. He always knew what was best for Bean, and simply you could tell he cared about her and cares about animals in general. You can't ask for more in a vet than you get in Matko, he will always be our first choice should we need any care with our other cat! Unfortunately Bean recently passed away, but once again Matko was there to offer us a friendly welcome even at the worst of times, and once again put us at ease. I have no doubt she received the best care and got to live a longer and healthier life thanks to him.

All the Harbour vets are very professional and friendly but we first took Rosie our Pom to the Drayton branch and she fell in love with Matko, the vet who has looked after her health since May 2022. She knows he has real affection for her and she trusts him. She also feels secure with all the staff. The receptionists are helpful and empathetic and the nurses are full of knowledge and good advice and so gentle. Rosie is benefitting from this and we're both looking forward to her check up with the lovely Alys next week. Thank you all at Harbour x PS/ This is an update of my recent visit. Thank you so much Jess for dealing with Rosie's emergency appointment. So quick to act on the right course for Rosie after she ingested some slug pellets from our neighbours garden. Also as always thanks to all the team at Harbour Drayton,the kindness shown recently by Alyss, Andie, Victoria,Matko and Katie who has been so helpful and kind since this event. You're Stars 🌟🌟

All the veranarian are very friendly had excellent experience with them they took care of my pomeranian and two cats never had any problems with them just love the dr he is so good with my baby's both my cats were flying out of the country they were able to take care of all the shots needed to fly ..would recommend them to all my friends and family..Thank you for everything 🌝🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐶

They are so good with my little Molly they have really looked after her, such a nice friendly team. In the times I have had to visit with Molly they take the time to listen to concerns and advise. Plenty of parking and very easy to get too.
