Fine if your pet is on deaths doors, terrible for anything else, fobbed off when there's clearly a problem. Happy to tell you your pet needs to see a vet, happy to then take your money for that appt and then happy for the vet to say they won't do anything until the animal stops eating- so why say the animal needs to see a vet again if you know you're not going to treat it? Just to take my money it feels like. I understand its a charity but going 4/5 times for the same issue after being advised by themselves to do so and then told they won't treat her doesnt make much sense does it. Definitely wouldn't go here if I had other options- unfortunately for my pets I dont at the moment.

I cannot believe that someone left a bad review about the PDSA not needing quilts! How can you review a charity so badly because they didn’t need any extra bedding! Shame on you Barbara Jones! The PDSA is a charity and really needs its positive reviews. I have been coming to Cowplain PDSA for the last 13 years. Unfortunately my elderly staffie needed to be seen as an emergency on a Sunday and they didn’t hesitate to see her. I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Unfortunately a few weeks later she had to be PTS and the staff at Cowplain were so kind and supportive including the receptionist. I have recently got a pup called Dougie and the PDSA have supported him so well after he ate some of a plastic toy. There professionalism and care has been second to none. We should think ourselves lucky that we have the PDSA!! And remember when you donate make sure it’s payed to the reception and not online as the proceeds won’t go directly to that specific hospital. DONATE AT THE SURGERY DIRECT

This place is so busy, it's understaffed and over populated but the staff are wonderful. I've sadly lost two cats, the staff were so good to me. Yes if I had money my cats might have lived. This is a charity and they prevented my babies from suffering. I see so many demanding entitled people, if you can get your lips full of Botox you can go private. Leave this service for those who genuinely have no money. If you don't like it go elsewhere. Thanks PDSA for everything you do xx
