The reviews present a mixed picture. On the positive side, several reviews highlight the compassion and expertise of the staff, particularly mentioning Vet Paul Ingram. Another positive review appreciates the excellent care during routine procedures and praises the staff's gentle approach and attention to detail.
However, there are critical reviews that reveal potential areas for improvement. Writing on behalf of my daughter, who was in urgent need of help, her dog was having seizures and not coming out of it, she couldn’t drive her car to her vet’s in Emsworth and lives across the road from this vets, so wanted urgent help, and said I can put him in a pushchair and run him across the road, To be seen, and get him help, he had already been seizing a long time, and no revocation that her vets had given her to administer where helping. She was very distraught and asked for help and was refused any form of compassion or help!!! Vets are supposed to be animal lovers, and able to help all pets in an emergency as this most certainly was. If they had tried to help he might be with us now as I write this. Disgusted with how they responded in this emergency !!

Awful service, phone regarding my dog with skin issues we can't afford all treatment need. The vets offered to help find a company who help families like us struggling explained a family would adopt our dog and cover all the costs. I mean we didn't want to lose our dog but we couldn't afford what she needed medical wise as we already have tried so many products and medication for her, after the heartbreaking news our family had to make the decision to find someone to help her who can afford all is ( at this point wrle didn't know the company would pay for all her treatments) I've added myself to the page of the company helping to find a 'post' advertising my dog . Saying if we can't afford the medication side we should have pets. If no one takes her, we're have her put down im actually distraught to see this why the hell didn't the vets 1. Tell us this company could pay for all medication for my dog we could of not gone through all this heartbreak and 2. I am so disgusted to read what ' the vets' advertised my poor little dog as. They made out we didn't want her didn't want to pay for treatment and would have her put to sleep. Where as in fact we called for help a family with 2 kids working full time struggling to keep on top of our dogs allergies/skin problems we've tried our hardest to be told she needs different medication. I get this and would do anything to make sure my dog gets what she needs, but physically as a family we couldn't afford anything else struggling with day to day life like many. We called for help advise etc instead we've been made to look like mean horrible people. We love that dog like our actual children and I am beyond disgusted with how you've dealt with this.

Paul Ingate is an excellent vet, he has a very gentle and compassionate nature. My dog has a rare autoimmune condition which Paul has given me good advice to control, maintain her health and keep her happy and comfortable. His care is genuine.

Our female kitten, Nova, was spayed a little while ago and I'm very happy with the treatment and care she received. Good price, especially with being on the healthy pet club. The vets and veterinary nurses were lovely and Nova seems happy with them, cuddling them and purring. She was given sensitive tummy food, painkiller and a onesie to stop her licking the wound. A couple of days later she had a check up and the vet was lovely, giving her a cuddle and was really gentle. Having four cats I've used them as a vet for over ten years and top quality treatment every time. A couple of years ago one of my other cats, Cicero, was very unwell and I phoned as soon as the vets opened and I was given an appointment for straight away. The vet saw him and was really kind to me because I thought he was going to die he was so sick. They treated him and he improved so quickly I could take him home that evening and within 24 hours it was like he'd never been ill. Fantastic vets, easy to get to and lovely staff. Photos show Nova's wound, the onesie and Nova and Cicero.
