Recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Hendy. Not only was the vehicle great value and as per the advertisement in very good condition but the customer service from Ryan was of high quality. Not only was Ryan polite but he was clear and informative on my questions and provided help over and above what I'd expect from a sales person. He picked me up from Cosham station as my train was running late, listened carefully to what I required from this particular vehicle in terms of service history , warranty, my budget and sales support. Excellent experience from this company. Ryan was extremely helpful and made the process of selling my car and purchasing a newer one seamless. I always used to buy from a main dealer but I got a fantastic price for my car and a great price for the newer one. Will definitely buy from here again.

As a very anxious female, my son brought me to Hendy's to purchase a reliable town car after hearing about their excellent reputation. Ryan was so helpful on the day and very genuine when we were deciding on a car. He offered me a great deal with no pressure to purchase at any point, making him a true credit to the sales team! I did buy the car and felt a valued customer throughout this whole experience. I definitely recommend Hendy's Portsmouth if you're looking for a quality car at a very good price.
